Su Xiao Hu, a Chinese expert in diplomacy analyzes changes in the United States’ foreign policy on China through comparing the 2015 National Security Strategy to the one from 2010. He points out that fearing multicentricity in the Asian-Pacific region, the U.S. has become more willing to increase bilateral cooperation with China while avoiding military conflicts. China suggests the U.S. to leave the zero-sum diplomacy behind and to maintain common security interests with China. Source: People's Daily
