Lesotho - Oct 17

After an attempted coup by the military in August, the government of Lesotho will be reconvened this week. King Tetsie and Deputy President Cyril Rampahosa decided to reconvene parliament to address budgetary issues as the crisis slowly winds down. Prime Minister Thomas Thabane fled to South Africa after the attempted coup but has indicated that he would run for reelection when elections are held in the February 2015. Source: All Africa
