Italy, Switzerland - Feb 24

Italy and Switzerland have signed an information-sharing agreement in order to fight tax evasion.  Included in the pact is a "voluntary disclosure procedure" offering partial tax amnesty for Italians who declare their Swiss bank accounts by September 30, 2015.  An estimated 70% of undeclared Italian cash is in Switzerland, reportedly costing Italy €90 billion per year.  This announcement comes after Switzerland recently signed a multilateral deal to share tax information with other governments by 2018.
