China and Pacific Islands - Feb 18

New Zealand Contemporary China Research Centre will hold a conference on role of China in the Pacific islands will be held at the National University of Samoa from February 25 to 27. First of its kind, academics and officials from across Oceania will gather to discuss the Chinese impact on the long term regional economic growth and social development. Experts from Chinese academia will also join this event to share Chinese perspective on this issue. Source: People's Daily
